Please Note: Spring Farm Village Medical Centre is a bulk-billing practice for all patients holding a valid Medicare card. The private fee schedule below applies only to patients who do not hold a valid Medicare card, as out-of-pocket operational costs are not subsidized by the Australian Government for non-eligible consultations.

These fees are specifically applicable for medical attendances requested during designated out-of-hours practice operating rosters: Monday to Friday (7:00 AM - 8:00 AM), Saturday (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM), Sunday (Full Day), and Public Holidays.

Non-attendance fees apply for all missed appointments and late cancellations. The practice requires at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation, or the patient may incur a $50.00 fee for a single appointment booking or a $100.00 fee for a double appointment booking.
